Laura hails from Paraguay, where she developed expertise as a paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property Protection, boasting over five years of experience in the field. Eager to chase her dreams, broaden her horizons, and immerse herself in American culture, Laura moved to the United States as an au pair through Agent Au Pair. After personally navigating a rematch with a host family, she gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by other au pairs. Subsequently, she joined the Agent Au Pair team to assist others in similar rematch situations and offered training and support to our esteemed overseas partners.

 

Now, as a key member of the Agent Au Pair team, Laura oversees the Local Coordinator network, utilizing her extensive knowledge and experience with the au pair program to guide Local Coordinators on how to best support their host families and au pairs in achieving success.

 

Laura is dedicated to continuously improving the efficiency and impact of the support team at Agent Au Pair, ensuring that every host family and au pair receives the personalized guidance and care they need to have a successful and enriching program experience. She resides in sunny Florida with her husband and their five pets.
