1. Filling out your application& welcome calls
To start the process, please fill out your application at no cost or commitment. Also, you will have welcome call with a program advisor & placement coordinator who will discuss program regulations and will help you find an au pair who fits your family’s needs.
2. Profile reviewing & interviewing process
Once your application is approved, you will have access to our available pool of candidates. Start to review au pair profiles and set up interviews with au pairs who seem to be a fit for your family.
3. Household Guide & matching with an au pair
Complete your household guide as soon as possible and share it with any potential applicants. Formally invite the applicant who you would like to be your au pair.
4. Visa process & au pair arrival
Once officially matched, we will issue your au pair’s paperwork so she can start to apply for her visa. It is about an 8-week process from match to arrival. After your au pair arrives to your home, she/he will attend the 3d virtual training school.

Repeat Host Families

The first step is to update your family’s information in your online application on aupair.com to ensure we provide you with exceptional service. Once your application and supporting documents have been updated, your matching process can begin. Once your application is updated, our placement manager will work with you to find another au pair that would best fit your family. Once a match has been made, you will select the arrival date that works for your family. We offer two arrival date options per month. The visa application process varies in length from au pair to au pair.
Repeat Family Discount: $500 off your program
For families who have completed one full year as a client will receive a $500 discount off their next annual contract. If your family and au pair choose to stay together for a second year, your program fee is substantially reduced. Program fee depends on the Au Pair Program that you choose to meet your family’s needs.
