Laura hails from Paraguay, where she developed expertise as a paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property Protection and litigation, boasting over five years of experience in the field. Eager to chase her dreams, broaden her horizons, and immerse herself in American culture, Laura moved to the United States as an au pair through Agent Au Pair. After personally navigating a rematch with a host family, she gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by other au pairs. During her stay in the U.S., she gained valuable experience by working as a nanny for multiple families. Subsequently, she joined the Agent Au Pair team to assist others in similar rematch situations and also offers training and support to our esteemed overseas partners.

Laura’s extensive knowledge and experience with the au pair program, alongside her dedication to ensuring au pairs thrive, has allowed her to assist over 200 au pairs in transitioning to new host families. She is a dynamic presence in the workplace, utilizing her positive outlook and relentless energy to empower both host families and au pairs to achieve success. Laura resides in sunny Florida with her husband and their five pets.
