Kat was raised in Poland and makes it a priority to visit her family there whenever possible. During her college years, she worked as an au pair in both Germany and the United States. Captivated by American culture, she chose to reside and study in Connecticut. She earned an associate degree in business and hospitality management from a community college, followed by a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, where she deepened her knowledge of business administration.

She takes pleasure in preparing young international visitors for their experiences with host families. Kat is enthusiastic about her role at Agent Au Pair, as it allows her to leverage her personal experiences to guide au pairs in maximizing their opportunities within the program. As a mother of three young boys, she possesses a deep understanding of the challenges involved in childcare and family dynamics. Kat finds her work with host families and au pairs to be deeply fulfilling, as it provides her the chance to meet fascinating individuals and gain insights into various cultures.
