Au Pair Arrivals

Starting November 8, 2021, Au Pairs will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccines must be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO) to fulfill this requirement. Au Pairs must:

  • Be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by plane if you are a non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa)
  • Show a negative COVID-19 test result. The timing of this test depends on your vaccination status and age.
  • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth is required in indoor areas of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and indoors in U.S. transportation hubs

Travel restrictions from 33 countries including China, Brazil and Europe will be lifted. This means we can look forward to welcoming more Au Pairs from around the world back into our program!
