The past couple of years have come and gone with a lot of uncertainty but, one thing is for sure, the Au Pair program is still going strong and we continue to welcome record numbers of Au Pairs every month. This means that we are especially dedicated to our new and improved Virtual Au Pair School program so that Au Pairs have the tools and resources they need for a successful program year in their new home away from home. In addition to a new curriculum, our dates and times have also changed to best meet the needs of your family’s busy schedule and child care needs. As an LC in New Jersey I have had the privileged to interact with many of our wonderful host families and Au Pairs from around the world. Supporting them through their program year has taught me how different each paring can be. I admire the strength of the young men and woman who leave their families behind to learn about a whole new culture in a country thousands of miles away. It has been a privilege and an honor to support them thru their journey and see them blossom into self-sufficient adults. We too will be welcoming an Au Pair from the agency to our home soon and are very excited to be Hosts! |

Local Coordinators work part-time from home; supplementing their income supporting host families and Au Pairs during their program year. They are responsible to ensure the well-being of the exchange visitor as trusted mentors and provide top-notch client services to their host families while upholding program rules and regulations! |
