Like a Big Sister

“Our experience with Agent Au Pair and Caro has been such a blessing to us. Caro has truly become a member of our family. We consider her so much more than a caretaker for our children, and she is now like a big sister to them. We really can’t even imagine our lives without her! She goes above and beyond, and is always offering to do more than we ask.”

Featured Local Coordinator

Nichole from Coatesville, PA

I worked in Higher Education administration for 11 years in various student affairs based positions. My last position was Director of Student Conduct at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I have a background in counseling and social work and felt like working with au pairs would be a natural fit for my skills in conflict resolution and developmental coaching.
