Our first month of virtual, Zoom au pair support calls was a success! Au pairs met their regional support group facilitators, were given the opportunity to meet other au pairs, and reviewed their monthly support checklist including resources to help them through these unprecedented times. Support group sizes range between 10-20 au pairs and are assigned by geographic region. While au pairs may receive a makeup session for a valid reason as long as they reschedule with their facilitator by the 1st of the month, it is always best that they attend their assigned session to foster valuable relationships within their au pair support group.
