Agent Au Pair is an award winning U.S. Department of State Designated Au Pair Program that promotes educational and cultural exchange. We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know our host families on a personal level, ensuring that our matching is on target for each family’s individual needs. Au Pairs provide up to 45 hours of childcare per week for a weekly cost of approximately $375.

We’re thrilled to introduce personalized matching for your au pair search—at no additional cost! Whether you’re hosting an au pair for the first time or looking for a new match, this tailored process is designed to make finding the perfect fit easier than ever.

Here’s how the process will work:

  1. Video Consultation: A one-hour video consultation where we will gather essential information about your family and discuss your childcare needs. We’ll help set clear expectations and provide tips for successful interviews.
  2. Tailored Recommendations: We’ll recommend candidates that best match your family’s needs, giving you the opportunity to review profiles and begin interviews.
  3. Final Interview Assistance: We’ll be available for a final interview with your top candidate, ensuring all questions are addressed and providing our expert recommendations to help you make the best choice.

Carolina is a 22 year old from Ecuador. She speaks Spanish and English. She has experience caring for children between the ages of 1 through 14 years old. She gained her experience working as a babysitter for two families and interning at a school. She has had her driver’s license since May 2023 and drives weekly. Carolina enjoys listening to music, reading, and soccer.

Melizza is a 22 year old from Paraguay. She speaks Spanish and English. She has experience caring for children between the ages of 2 through 10 years old. She gained her experience working as a nanny for 3 families. She has had her driver’s license since September 2021 and rives daily. Melizza enjoys biking, watching movies, and hiking.

Important Reminders

Starting February 2025, Au Pair School will return to virtual training. Au Pairs will travel directly to the closest international airport to the host’s home and will attend training virtually from their home on the dates determined by Agent Au Pair.
