Agent Au Pair is an award winning U.S. Department of State Designated Au Pair Program that promotes educational and cultural exchange. We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know our host families on a personal level, ensuring that our matching is on target for each family’s individual needs. Au Pairs provide up to 45 hours of childcare per week for a weekly cost of approximately $375.

IAPA’s Global Au Pair of the Year Winner is from Agent Au Pair!

We are delighted to share that Lia Anahi Padilla Medina, Ecuadorean au pair from Agent Au Pair, won the 2024 Au Pair of the Year award from International Au Pair Association (IAPA)! This contest recognizes outstanding young individuals in au pair programs around the world by shining a spotlight on their contributions and promoting awareness of this meaningful cultural exchange.

Lia joined the Pelicano family of Illinois in January of 2023, and has significantly contributed to her host family over the last year. She gained her experience working as a babysitter for 3 families. She has had her driver’s license since July 2018 and drives daily. In her spare time, Javiera enjoys sports, listening to music, and outdoor activities.

Jinfeng is a 26 year old from China. She speaks Chinese, English, Korean, and Japanese. She has experience caring for children between the ages of 3 through 15 years old. She gained her experience working as a teacher and a tutor. She has had her driver’s license since August 2017 and drives monthly. In her spare time, Jinfeng enjoys dancing and art.
