Goat Yoga!
Featured Monthly Meeting

For the Portland, OR Au Pair Monthly Meeting we focused on our physical and mental health with some yoga! But not just any type of yoga... goat yoga! We drove out to the countryside and visited a barn that offers yoga alongside goats.

We laughed a lot and had a ton of fun! We learned that goats love to be up high and are not afraid to climb right up on your back.

Tansu is a 24 year old from Turkey who speaks English and Turkish. She has experience caring for children between the ages of newborn through 14 years old. In her free time, Tansu enjoys watching movies, going for walks, and listening to music.

~ LORENNI ~

Has lived in the usa!

Lorenni is a 26 year old from the Dominican Republic who speaks Spanish and English. She has experience caring for children between the ages of newborn through 15 years old. In her spare time, Lorenni enjoys traveling, hiking, and volleyball.

~ PINGPING ~

English Teacher!

PingPing is a 25 year old from China who speaks Chinese and English. She has experience caring for children between the ages of 3 through 14 years old. She is currently working as an English Teacher. In her spare time, Pingping enjoys badminton, reading, and singing.

Volunteering
Au Pairs Volunteer at the New York City Marathon

The U.S. State Department invited all au pairs to volunteer at the NYC Marathon on Sunday, November 3, 2019. This year the U.S. Department of State had their own “fluid stations” where ALL the volunteers were exchange visitors and State Department employees!

This was a unique opportunity for exchange visitors to experience the American value of volunteerism with the added thrill of watching and cheering 50,000 runners from 120 countries!

Meet Lucia from California!

In 2013, I came to this country to experience what was a wonderful
cultural exchange as an Au Pair with Agent Au Pair. Some of the moments I
came across with during this experience were wonderful and some not so
good, but through it all, Agent Au Pair and my Local Reps were there to
support me and help me.
